Thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers that helped the carnival run smoothly yesterday! Whether you baked a goodie for the cake walk, helped set up or tear down, or worked a station, we appreciate YOU! Thank you to all the teachers that helped, played dodge ball, and allowed us to use your space to make the carnival successful. Thank you to t he carnival chair people Lucas Guiterrez, Tamera Engle, Beth Jackson, and Mackenzie Whitaker for doing an amazing job before, during, and after the event. And thank you to our awesome principal, Mrs. Hicks, and our dedicated PTO officers, Jolinda Guiterrez, Jennifer La Fayette, Cassie Kidd, and Lisa Wilson for putting in many many hours to make the event go off without a hitch!

The JAHS Volleyball team is hosting something new at the carnival this year: a Fun Run! This mile-long run, beginning and ending in the PCES playground, is open to all students grades K-4. All participants will receive a cool t-shirt and get the opportunity to compete for prizes. In fact, one of the prizes given will be for the best runner's costume! So be sure to turn in your registration form before the April 25th d eadline.  If you have any questions contact Miss Haas ASAP!

CANCELLED - Tonight, prior to tonight's PTO meeting, there will be a Carnival planning meeting. Please join us tonight (January 6th) at 6:00 PM in the school cafeteria. We look forward to hearing all of your thoughts and ideas for our Luau themed Carnival coming up in May!
